Embossing
Embossing is performed with a heated plate, pressing it tightly to the material. The result is a relief print. If a sheet of foil - gold, silver or colored - is placed between the cliché and the material, the print will become colored or will receive a beautiful metallic sheen. On custom diaries, embossing is performed in a cut.
